We generally think and simply say to others that the past is past. But in the actual situation we do not let the memory vanish totally from our mind and it isn’t really easy to forget about the past. All our past deeds are linked with the resent. When we look with great clarity, we can see that there is no actual thing called the past. Everything that happens in the present holding the past actions, thoughts and experiences. it can’t be any other way. Memories of events are thoughts occurring in the present. Anger or hurt about the past is still recurrent in our minds. Our present moment experience’s is what keeps the past alive. What is amazing about this understanding is that it shows us that the way out of your suffering is always in the present. We can change our perspective of looking at a situation, we should focus on something different at the present, feel your feelings as they are right now.

If a person wants to heal from the past, they should put their attention on the present moment experience. Truly speaking memories are not the problem. Memory is a thought, and a thought has no power or meaning whatsoever, unless you give it power or meaning. You have many thoughts about things that happened long ago, and these thoughts cause no problems. But some thoughts are deeply rooted in mind. You have an emotional reaction to them, and you think them over and over. You may even have beliefs related to them, for example, “I am justified in thinking this” or “I need an apology so I can move on.” This keeps them very much alive, affecting your ongoing experience. Healing” means letting go so the thoughts and feelings don’t impact you.

Your goal is to neutralize the story from the past. It will help you to lose its power over you. It becomes transparent, and with that, without hard effort and thoughts it will fade and won’t affect your life. Many of us are locked into a fear-driven life. We’ve convinced ourselves that we just can’t take the risk to put the fears aside and move forward. Here is the solution for that: we need to take a brilliant approach to face and eradicate fear. It’s not enough to say you need to banish fear or overcome them. When it comes to fear, you need to break it down and understand it from the inside out. You need to become familiar with the way it shows up in your experience and develop a lifestyle that keeps you alert and present, so it doesn’t sneak up on you.

Blaming others for where your life is won’t give anything good to you. It is not going to change the past. If anything which make you feel stuck, do not need to worry, just take responsibility, learn from them, and forgive yourself. It will bring you wisdom, presence, creativity, compassion, and love, and it end up doing what’s best for the good of everything.

Do not forget to remember the gifts you were born with. When you stop to remember what you have instead of worrying about what you don’t have or may not be getting it changes your perspective for the better.

It is time, be ready to see the world in a nice perspective. Enjoy each day. You can’t always be in bliss-city. But look for those little bright moments that happen all the time and that we often fail to identify. Make a reminder to see some good in every day, and you will change your life. Changing your life for the better is about picking a destination and taking one step at a time to get there. Being thoughtful about making improvements is a great start. Now put it into action.
